Unknown Plant sprung up in uk

I bought some top soil for my garden and this strange plant popped up. it has a black stem and green leaves. the flowers are blue and after the flowers there is a seed pod thing that looks like a chinese gooseberry, but its kind of purple. See the series of pictures in my photos.

no I don't think so. I have looked this up on the internet and it looks different. I think that i will have to post some more pics showing the plant from further away. This plant is not a climber. it is about a foot and a half high. the stems are purpleish but more like black.

Leaf would be useful along with indication of size of flower!

Thought Nemophila, until I looked at the leaves, then not so sure.

Thanks to some friends on another site it is Nicandra physaloides, the Shoo Fly plant.
