Does tomato feed and biological vine weevil killer go out of date ? I have some that are 2 or 3 yrs old but I'm not sure whether I can still use them.

Watch out for the Vine Weevil stuff, the older version contained a poison which was deadly to bees even through the pollen. The new variety (Provado 2?) contains a diffferent poison, so is not as bad for bees.

I'm not sure myself, i know i've left tomatoe food from 1yr to next & used it but not sure about 2 or 3yr old. I think if it was me, to be on safe side i'd throw & get new.
