Any rose can be moved in autumn or winter. The best thing is to wait till all leaves have been shed, then prune it back really well, then dig the hole where it's going to be, then lift it outof the ground and transplant it. Perhaps some fertiliser in the hole. Make sure the roots don't dry out during the process. I've shifted quite a lot of bushes with great succes. Remember: a sunny position is the best for roses.

Autumn when dormant or Spring if not.Cut back fairly hard before moving, then feed well as soon as growth starts again.Good luck!!!
