I have a galway bay hebe in my front garden, it has been there for roughly 5 years untouched. I have never pruned it as I liked its shape but after a hard winter, it has lost its shape and become very woody it is about to bud again would I be better to later in the year to prune and how would I do this thankyou for any advice.
