Help for potted tree

I have had a lovely Benjaminus Ficus in a pot for 4 years. It was repotted last year and has done well - however it has suddenly become ill - leaves falling and thinning out. What to do...? Help!

No change of temp, no change of location - it has been as happy as Larry in that spot by a window for 10 months, and now this. Can't understand it. If I had inadvertantly overwatered it, would it have had this result? I will do as you suggest. And thank you.

Did you move it? That can shock these lovely plants. Did it get a sudden change of temperature? All you can do is cosset it a bit, feed it and hope!
