can anyone suggest anything when putting replacement glass in a greenhouse what i could you for the seal between glass and frame

use clear silicon, from a tube. put a thin layer in the frame, let it go off for a day and then place the glass in with the clips. The clip will force the glass down against the silicon forming a seal. Works nicely for my greenhouse.
