This is Rhodohypoxis but it isn't flowering well. Can I separate it into smaller plants ?

I think you could divide it - and give it some feed as Ken said. Mine are in the ground - I should have left them potted, I think.

During the summer like so many alpines, Rhodohypoxis prefer frequent weak feeds to build up their rootstock.
Protect them from the harshest summer sun, water freely and they will flower for weeks on end.
Rhodohypoxis will happily withstand any degree of cold that a UK winter can throw at it, provided the plants are kept almost dry. Ken
