Does anyone recognise this please?

This shrub is about 5/6 feet tall with quite bright green leaves. It's roundish in shape and goes all the way down to the ground. Not sure if it ever flowers, at the moment it's just looking quite bushy and healthy.

it looks like a form of choisya (mexican orange blossom)

Yes, Choisyas do flower - they have clusters of pretty white flowers in late sping and if you are lucky, more in autumn! I love the scent of the leaves.

This is a Choisia and it flowers with tiny clusters of white flowers and has a most unusual smell.
