Can anyone help with this shrub please?

This is about 5 feet high with dark purple leaves. It's almost finished flowering now with just a few left. It's pretty enclosed between 2 other shrubs, so not sure how much sun it gets. Thanks if anyone can offer any advice on what it is.

Now you are the lucky one here - I have this and it doesn't flower for me!

Thanks so much! Should I trim this back now do you think? This is inbetween a Vibernum and a Choisia (so I now know :-) ) and they've all become a bit overgrown.
