I agree. It is Euphorbia, could be E. amigdaloides.

Yes euphorbia amygdaloides var robbiae - it runs like mad so watch out it doesn't take over the garden

Yes, it's a Euphorbia. Be careful not to touch the milky sap when you cut the flower heads off - it can irritate the skin AND the whole plant is toxic. Don't cook it for your dinner will you? LOL.
