Anyone know this herb?
Botanical name: Paracaryopsis coelestina Family: Boraginaceae (forget-me-not family) Synonyms: Cynoglossum coelestinum, Adelocaryum coelestinum, Lindelofia.
Common name 'Wild Mountain Borage.'
Interested more in what growing conditions it needs than anything else.

From googling, seems like most other herby type plants - likes sun, copes with a bit of dry but prefers to be watered regularly, no special soil requirements mentioned.

If its a form of borage then do watch out, take the heads off the flowers before they turn to seed pods otherwise you will have plants coming up all over yours and the neighbours gardens. I well remember palnting a borrage plant near our pond as we ended up with seedlings growing in the marginal plants on the edge as well as all over the rest of the garden!!
