im n o expert but i would say no, if you use weedkiller then you will have to leave it a couple of months i think before laying sods, just like if you were planting plants there,

did you remember to puncture the bottom of the liner for drainage?
leave the soil for about 1-2 weeks to allow any weed seed to germinate and to allow the soil to settle. that way you will not have dips in the lawn.

have you left the liner in? is that ok sea or do you think its better out,,

even puncturing it mite just make it boggy it realy needed slashing or taking out i think.

well yes better to remove it totally but at least if it has holes it will drain.

the way to make a bog garden is to put a liner in and put holes in it though seaburn .
