im putting up a fence about 40m long and want to grow a hedge behind it which i will keep trimmed at fence height when it reaches this height.i need a nice evergreen shrub, thorny or something cows dont like, to eat but not poisonous as its a field boundary.dont want something thats going to grow very big, but easily manageable. also it would be great if it was easily propogated by hardwood cuttings to save on costs. " i dont ask for much do i" lol, thanks

Hmm...would Trifoliate Orange (Poncirus trifoliata) grow in your area, Havoone?
