If you literally mean cut in half then no. But narcissus generally grow a smaller bulb attached to the mother bulb this can be removed and grown as a separate bulb. Lilies you can twin scale. A lot of the fritillaria produce 'rice' which can be grown on.Some bulbs produce bulbils on the stem of the plant... Hope this helps!
