When I remove these bulbs from pots can I bury them where I want them to flower in the garden next year? What do I feed bulbs in the garden with too build them up for next year?

Yes, you can. Don't cut the leaves off, will you! Take the flower heads off, though, and feed them with diluted liquid plant food, or half-strength toamato food, which you can also water on to your other bulbs.
