you mean is it to late i guess. well your very close to to late as a lot of buds are opening up so there not doorment anymore . dogwood is quite a tough plant though . i know i got mine in mid summer and it still survived to the lovley plant it is now .my dogwood is still in bud soon so isnt as advanced as some of my plants .as for redbud trees i dont know . i hope ive helped take care bye for now .
