my new alium bulbs

when do i plant alium siculum bulbs in the napa city area (about 63 degress now) and how do i store them in the meantime?

o be honest Allium (Nectaroscordum) siculum is better in the ground than stored. I would plant them now. Otherwise they need to be kept cool and dark.
