I have a row of juniper skyrockets planted adjacent to my drive. they are looking a bit tatty due to growth and wind damage. I just wondered if it is possible to prune them, or better still topiary?

I don't think that you can do much except to tidy them, as if you try to hard-prune or topiarise you will cut into the old wood and they won't produce more shoots from that.
