I have grown a camellia from seed, Parent Mrs Van Sittart it is now 4 years old and not flowered so far. It suffers from black spot on leaves and shoots which finally drop off.What is cause and treatment and will it eventually flower?

Congratulations.
Black spot may be controlled with systemic fungicide.
Flowering takes about 10 years from seed, so be patient.
