I wondered if there are any members who wanted to swap seeds, i would like to give any spare plants also , is this allowed? if there were anyone who lived near me,norwich maybe we could do it that way or by post anyway let me know thanks lemondog

It depends what sort of seeds you would like?, I live in Essex so Norfolk is not too far from me.
I might have spare plants next month depending on what you would like..

Type Seed Exchange in to the google box top right. It takes you to the first of 4 pages of addresses for GOYseed swap going back to 2007 when Spritz was talking about setting it up.

Was it really that long ago? Peter & Ajay asked me to help set it up - so I did, but it wasn't terribly popular even then.

There is a seedswap on the site, Lemondog. Find it via the 'search' button.
Lots of us already send each other plants - it's a case of offering to some one if they make a comment and you have a spare one! I have sent and received plants by post - it's a lovely thing to do! :-))
