Hi I have what i call the tunnel in my garden now which is 3 arches in a row joined together at a lengh of just over 3m and about 2.5m high the question is I am looking for a climbing plant to go up and over it that will stay there and not need cutting back giving the tunnel greenery all year long plus some flowers at some point ,I Dont ask much do i, any ideas would be much apprecitated thaks very much.

Trachleospermum jasminoides - as long as the situation isn't too exposed.

Clematis cirrhosa - there are several - I like C.c 'Lansdowne Gem' best, but there's also 'Freckles' 'Balearica' and 'Wisley Cream'. They flower in the winter, so they're great to have around.

You could always plant another Clematis with it for summer colour as well, but make sure it's a group 2 which doesn't need pruning.

Or Clematis armandii, this flowers in spring and has elliptical evergreen leaves and doesn't need regular pruning.
