You could try place them in a sheltered spot and cover them at night with flease or newspaper if it's going to be frosty

They will be fine planted out as long as they don't get frosted or too wet. Plant them with some grit in the bottom of the hole the save damp at the roots.as 'great' says cover them from frost.
