My Fatsia wont grow or die! Its in part sun part shade but has not grown in over a year! The soil is faily poor but it has been fed and mulched through this very cold winter. It does not look happy with drooping leaves but I dony know what to do about it!

Fatsia only puts on growth during early summer so maybe you are being a bit impatient! Prune off the top few inches to encourage it to sprout and branch out, if you want.
