This is really not a plant question.... I have a supply of chicken and quail droppings. Can I add worms to compost this?

You can add then to your compost but worms will find the droppings on their own to acidic.

Too acidic? Can I add lime to the droppings?

it will be difficult to get the pH right for the worms. add to normal compost bins and then the worms will work their 'magic' when the pH suits.
