What's gone wrong with this site ???

I think it automatically logs you out after 30 days blodyn. Just log back in and it will leave you alone for another month. Confuses me too!

Since the 'home' page has changed, I have to log in about alternate visits, it certainly does not wait for 30 days like it used to - will send a mesage to Ajay if he doesn't see this one!

Thanks. I leave it alone because I find it a nuisance to log in and out all the time. I'll know what to do next time.

Hi. Andrew is spot on. If you have selected the little "remember me" box when you log in we will not make you log in for the next 30 days. Beyond 30 days members tend to forget their original password and we get loads of emails. Guess we need to give this some more thought and I have put it on my list.

The 'remember me' box IS selected, I still have to log in frequently. Is this because we have a PC and a laptop and wifi?

When it happened to me, i thought i'd done somthing wrong, i did'nt know how to get back, & had to wait a few days for my daughter to show me how to get back in.

Spritz, we can only remember you on one computer. Technically speaking we set a "cookie" and will set another one if you log on from another machine which will then over write the first one.

I to have noticed this but I never log out and am on the pc.

Sorry Ajay, I am on daily from only the one PC, and it sometimes 'remembers' me and sometimes not, even on the same day.( I always tick the box when I re-log.) Maybe something in the cookie recognition? And no, I don't delete the cookies when my browser closes. Good luck!! : )
