My viburnum opulus snowball bush appears to be growing healthy, but there have been no flowers.

Did you prune it last year, and if so. when? If it was pruned late last year, or even early this year, then the flowering growth will have been cut off.

No, I only bought this a couple of months ago, this one looked very healthy even though other ones were in flower at the time.
