Hi, I have a healthy green leafed cordaline growing in my back garden, Height 12 feet trunk diameter 23cm, 3 branches coming of the main trunk and 12 small branches of 'flowers' Should I cut off the 'flowers' or leave them alone ?

No, they're fine, and will fade and die, when they can be removed. Have you noticed how fragrant they are. I guess they're out of reach, but you do get a passing fragrance of an evening sometimes.
