Are the edges and tips of the leaves turning a dry red-brown, or is it a powdery red-brown deposit on the underside of the leaf?

They are turning red-brown and dry they haven't got any powdery residue underside of the leaf.

The first thing that I would suspect is that it is not getting enough water. Sodium damage is also possible in some parts of the world--about where is this bush growing?

How do I say thanks?
