Please can you identity the plants in have taken photos of ?

The fruit type bush is what I recently dug up to remove on my allotment and the small seedlings in the pot were clumped together in my compost bin. I am assuming the latter is what I may have emptied out thinking that the seeds I had planted had failed to germinate. The only ones that I can think that I have discarded are marigolds, could they be them

Any help would be appreciated, kind regards John

the fruit looks like a raspberry cane.
the seedlings look like Jack by the hedge a native wild plant but a bit of a weed I'm afraid.

I agree with Seaburngirl, 1st pic looks like a raspberry cane, 2nd looks like Garlic mustard, a wild plant of the hedgerows, it has white flowers, rub a leaf between your fingers and see if it smells of garlic, it is a weed but can be used in salads and cooking but check first.
