I have a rather large papyrus bush in my garden, i want to ask when is the best time to give it a good prune, there ia alot of dead stems and some new shoots all mixed to together, advice please.

I have for meny years been sucsesfull doing most of my pruning on the waning phase of the moon., but Moon grower should come in on this as she knows a lot more about it than me,
