am i ok granular feeding my shrubs and ever greens now,it is still very cold where i am -1 or 2c overnight a high of 4c through the day. thanks for any and all answers

i'd wait until they are actively growing that way the fertilizer will get into the plants. if you do it now and it rains some of the fertilizer will get washed away.

Wait until the shrubs are into growth before you feed, therefore, May - June.

Personally I'd wait until the weather is warmer and the ground isn't frosted.
