Hello Uma, it's a bit disingenuous of me to reply because I don't have a clue about its name. No doubt someone will correct me but blue plants are a treasured minority, I think. This is a Ukranian beauty: tell me it thrives on crisply cold but bright days? What's your present and prospective weather? I would love to hear how the plants that do well in your geographic environment have adapted. My friends in the South of England think that Edinburgh is cold. Feel free to explain the concept of cold. Stick in!

Spritzhenry, it flowers in June-July. Actually, I don't now exactly twice or once, because this one is of my aunt. Think only once. Hope this info give you some ideas.
