John Innes No3, about a third. Multipurpose compost about a third and gravel and sand to make up the rest. Cover the top of the soil with gravel when the plant is in

Or just stick it in multi purpose compost - mine grows perfectly well in that, but what Andrea suggests would be the recommended way.
