I have a house plant with a trio of purple butterfly shaped leaves at the tip of a tube like stem, the 3 leaves are isometric to each other, their is an abundence of leaves but no flowers yet although i have been told they do have white bell shaped flowers, can anyone help.

Hi Kellyseye,welcome to GOY. Your plant is possibly oxalis triangularis,try looking this up,or I'm sure other members will recognise this :)

Yep, definitely oxalis triangularis - the flowers are actually palest pink. I have a pic of this in my photos, grown outside in a pot this summer, so probably a stronger colour than yours indoors, have a look if you want
