Ameryllis - what should I do now?

I have a mature Ameryllis that flowered last Feb and is currently still 'in the green'. I also have some immature ones that a friend gave me and they are still in the green too. I've got them in my cold greenhouse. What should I be doing with them now, as I imagine they should be going dormant about now? Should I allow a bit of frost to get to them to make them die down?

I have mine on their sides in their pots on the greenhouse bench, Sid, to dry out and let the leaves die back.

Then I'll repot them in fresh compost and water them!

I think frost would probably kill them, as they're not hardy.

NO!!!...frost will kill them.....
I have hippeastrums still with green leaves on them. I water them occasionally and when the leaves start to go brown I withhold water. When the leaves drop off I give them a rest and then bring them into a warmer environment and start them off again....I think I have some definitive instructions from a grower somewhere....Will look for them tomorrow and give you more info.

Thanks for the info both. None of them are currently showing any sign of dieing back. I will stop watering and bring them in if there's a frost forecast.
