anthony waters plants

I have three anthony waters plants that want to shape what time of year woud be go to do that..? thanks

I assume you mean Spiraea. There's a type called 'Anthony Waterer'. You can dead-head them straight after they flower, then prune them hard back in very early spring. If you do anything now, you will lose the flowers for this year.
