Been asked a few times on here. It is Arum maculatum, or Lords and Ladies or a lot of other names too. It is a very invasive British native species.

And also a very attractive plant! Lovely variegated leaves followed by spikes of orange berries! Well worth a spot in the garden if kept in check. Doesn`t grow in just any garden, you are lucky to have it, split if too invasive and give to friends!

Prefers the shade. I planted some this year! They do disappear in the winter, to reappear in the spring.
