I just put in a new flower bed, and my daughter and I planted wild flower seeds, marigold seeds, and few others, The seeds have begun to sprout, but I don't know if I should put my decorative mulch over the top of them, they are very small yet! HELP

No - don't! You will smother them and lose the lot! Wait until they are sturdy plants before you add the mulch.
