Treatment for Whitefly

I have been away a week and came back to find my chiilis and peppers covered in whitefly, any ideas of a treatment without using chemicals?

Or hang yellow sticky traps above them - keep tapping the plants to make the whitefly fly up and they will be attracted by the yellow.

Plant some lemon scented geraniums in the vicinty of the plants. This keeps whitefly away.
