I bought some bizzy lizzy seadlings. I have left them for some weeks before I have pricked them out into trays and they are a bit leggy. Can I pinch out the tops. Some of them are starting to bud. If it is ok , how low would you take them. Thank you in advance for any guidance with this. Jim.

It is quite common practice to pinch out th tops, I take them down to the next leaf. This usually stimulates them into growing new shoots, so making them bushier plants. I also take off the first flower buds so that the plants put their energies into becoming stronger plants.
