Dose anyone know about blue berry bushes?

please help... My blue berry bush is sick! ... it was root bound and had not been wattered for a fyew days when I got it. I re-planted it in a mix of virgen soil, potting soil, and plant food, I have keped it well wattered, and it;s still trying to die on me... It's branches are turning brown, and the leaves are brown and leathery. what can I do to save it? and will it come back next year if it fails this year?

You could try cutting it back a bit, but if the woody stems are dead, then its an ex blueberry I'm afraid. Did you tease out the rootball before you replanted - if not, that might be worth a try - this will encourage root growth and spread.
