Love the way you've designed the yard, I'm eager to step on your curved, brick pathway and see what's around the corner !

Do I see that the grass needs cutting? I understand though, the weather has not been very kind to do anything much out there!

I agree, the unusual and out of the ordinary add so much character and interest.

How do others hide their bins while keeping access easy ? In our area the bin that Sesame Street's Grouch lives in has been replaced with two bins twice the size of the original. Our 'green' bin is like yours, Mike, and the 'non-recyclable rubbish' bin is the same but dark grey. They both get quite heavy (now that the collection is fortnightly) so need to be sited near the public footpath but not too far from the kitchen door. They could be an eye-sore. How do others overcome this problem ...... there are so many imaginative folk on GoY I am sure there are some very creative solutions around :-)
