Aconitum anthora - 2017 (Aconitum anthora)

This specie monkshood has pale yellow flowers on stems to to three feet tall. It is not a bulky plant so several are required to make a decent clump. Needs a moist soil in part shade or sun, but is very hardy. Poisonous.
