Parts of my sweet marjoram have started to turn brown. There are white speckles on some of the green leaves too. Any ideas on whether it's OK or what I should do to it? Thanks.

Hardy bushy annual. Well drained soil in full sun. Flowers early summer to early autumn.

Could be a natural die back,cut it off at the base and hope it will regenerate, plants do have a life span, I find.
