This is lovely Ang iv been thinking of buying 1 for a privacy screen against my front door fence 2 stop people seeing into my garden in the summer&make it pretty in spring along with my te-tes&Crocuses:)

i would reccomend it easy attractive and they do make a nice hedge - but you must only prune as the flowers fade otherwise they dont have as many flowers the following year!

oct 07 - inherrited when we moved in was absolutely stunning first year, i cut back hard just after flowering and i did'nt touch it at all after that it has reduvinated lovely so hoping it will put on an even better display this spring!

Planted by previous house owner, who had cut it right back, to the extent that I didn't notice it for a year. It's currently (early autumn 2008) huge after letting it do its own thing for a couple of years: I'll prune a couple of the thickest stems back after flowering in spring.
