In Majeekahead's garden

full sun compact dwarf selected from
bears spherical heads of rose pink flowers
leaves evergreen and grassy
divistion in spring
planted by forsythia

In Majeekahead's garden

rescued from the shope end of march 2008 - has a bit of a freak on the flowers for some reason it has little flower extentions coming out of the main ball - i actually quite like it! planted just in front of the rose arch in the cottage garden bed.

flowers March-May with a second flush later on in the year, full sun/semi shade height 10-20cm.

In Goringfolly's garden

Thrift likes a nice warm and essentially well drained position where it will form delightful little mounds of tufted grass. This is covered in a mass of purple flowers in the spring which continue sporadically throughout the summer.
