I read somewhere that Rugosa make a good hedge, would you recommend this one Gilli?

Ginellie, I would definitely recommend this one for hedging. It is so fragrant and for me it blooms like crazy. The fragrance is strong enough to smell halfway down my garden. It is lovely. Nothing seems to bother it. One or two aphids in the spring and that's about it.
PP, the hips are big and orange. Really lovely.
