It is generally known as a 'Blue Potato Bush.'
I havent got the Latin name to hand.

It's a Solanum rantonnetii. Gorgeous thing it is too. Other common name for it is the Paraguay Nightshade - all parts of the plant are poisonous. I love mine which has come through the winter with just a little bit of fleece to protect it from the cold
