I didn't know that herons stand on roofs. I , sometimes, see one in my pond during the summer months, but can't get a good photo of it before it flies off. Nice photo!

O NO!!!! Dont you have an Ornamental Heron like Mine Eggbox??? it does really work@keeping them away in my Garden:)

hi thanks for the advice,
but i don't think they work,i think its a old wives tale As the picture from norfok shows,and my neighbour put a plastic heron in his garden 2 years ago and we never got herons befor that.................
