Are you sure you dont heat the water BB, they are very keen to dip ... not even any toe dipping, they're straight in.

Great pic. He's obviously enjoying his dip. As you say, nothing phases them. They are still bathing in our birdbath and did all through the winter once we had melted the ice for them.
